What to expect
A week at Villa La Chiesina, in the heart of Tuscany.
The villa sits among cypress trees above Arcidosso, looking out over the hills around Monte Amiata. For one week we live, work and eat here together.
Garden, pool, old stone steps and rooms with timber-beamed ceilings: the villa offers plenty of places to shoot and to catch your breath.

Frequently asked questions
How does booking work?
You enter your details, choose how to pay and check everything in a summary. Payment takes place on a secure page of our payment provider Stripe. Your booking is confirmed once we have received the payment, and you will then get an email.
How long is the displayed price valid?
The price at the moment you start the booking applies. It stays reserved for you for 30 minutes. If you do not complete the payment within that time, the reservation lapses and a new booking attempt is charged at the price valid then. The early bird price ends on 31 December 2026 at midnight and will not be extended.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes, in two or three instalments. You pay the first instalment when you book; the others are collected on fixed dates using the payment method you saved, the last no later than 30 days before arrival. You see every amount and date before you pay. There are no further charges after the last instalment.
Which payment methods are available?
You will see the available payment methods on Stripe's payment page. You only enter card details there; we do not store them.
Where will I sleep?
You book one place per person with shared accommodation. You have your own bed and share the room with other participants. Single rooms and room upgrades cannot be booked.
How do I get there?
You travel to Florence yourself. On arrival day a coach leaves Firenze Santa Maria Novella station for the villa at 15:30. If you come by car, you drive straight to the villa and arrive between 17:30 and 18:00. On departure day the coach takes you back to Florence between 09:00 and 12:00. Travel to Italy and back is not included in the price. The camp takes place at Villa La Chiesina, Arcidosso.
Do I have a right of withdrawal?
You will find everything about your right of withdrawal in our withdrawal notice.
What is not included in the price?
Travel to Italy and back, personal expenses on site, travel cancellation insurance.
What if I cannot take part?
This is governed by our booking, cancellation and payment terms. Travel cancellation insurance is not included.
I have a voucher code. Where do I enter it?
In the second step of the booking. One voucher can be redeemed per booking.
