Eric Heitz is the photographer behind Artista Photography. He knows both sides of the camera, and he brings exactly that to every shoot.

Background
Eric comes from a family of artists: singers, painters and photographers. As a teenager he first found his way to art through music, and later to photography.
His first pictures were taken in abandoned places and as expressive portraits. The camera has been with him for more than seven years.
For two years he stood in front of the lens himself as an editorial model, on the catwalk and in niche shoots. So he knows how it feels when a pose won't land or an expression won't come.
Since then he has worked across every niche, from fashion and editorial to business, lingerie and boudoir, one shoot at a time.
How Eric works
In the studio, in the debrief and when it comes to which agency suits you.
He meets you where you are today and guides you through every pose. The aim is for you to feel comfortable in front of the camera, not to pretend to be someone else.
After every shoot he sits down with you for 30 minutes, explains what worked and gives you specific tips for next time.
When you look for an agency, he talks you through which agencies suit you and which ones to stay away from.
At the model camp in Tuscany he heads the team of photographers, models and social media specialists.
